She was predeceased by: her parent Sam; her husband Joseph Spadafore; and her siblings, Nancy Hayes, John, Frank, Sam and Roland.
She is survived by: her sisters, Rose Marie Harrison (Paul) of Mineral, Virginia Edwards and Patricia Ann Edwards (Vernon) of Maitland. She is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to Blessed Margaret of Castello Eucharistic Adoration Chapel at St. Ann's Catholic Church, 43 Mahlon St., Shinnston, WV 26431.
