He was predeceased by: his parent Sherdel Titus Everly. He is survived by: his parent Mary Lou Everly of Headlee Heights, PA; his wife Scarlett Davis Everly; his sister Vicki Lynn Everly (Lee) of Cheat Lake; his nieces, Jodie Gashie Hartley (Curtis) and Prudence Lou Hartley; his daughter Cassie; and also Smith of Cheat Lake. He is also survived by husband and father and he will be sadly missed by his family and friends.
