She was predeceased by: her brother Jefferson Moore (Jeff); and her grandparents, Mary, Milan Patrick, Sheila and Eugene Moore (Demp).
She is survived by: her parents, Margaret Patrick Moore and Terry Moore; her siblings, Brian Moore (Michelle) of Navarre, FL and Suzannah Klimek (Eddie); her nephews, Preston, Cooper Klimek and Hunter Moore (Logan); and her niece Hannah Louise Moore of Nashville, TN. She is also survived by three children.
