It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Edna Osbourn (Shinnston, West Virginia), born in Clarksburg, West Virginia, who passed away on December 16, 2019, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmit Enoch and Prudie Stewart Enoch; her husband Carlton Ray Osbourn; her son Roger Allen Osbourn I of Enterprise, WV; her son-in-law Dennis Brown of Kingwood; and her siblings, Errol, Ellis, Ernest Enoch, Evelyn Pethtel and Emma Meredith.
She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Brown of Kingwood, Texas and Marcus Osbourn of Shinnston, WV; and her daughter-in-law Donna Osbourn of Enterprise, WV.. She is also survived by six grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.
