It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clifford Powers (Shinnston, West Virginia), who passed away on October 7, 2018, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Norma Jean Ganoe Powers; his sons, Rodney, Jimmy and Allen Powers; and his siblings, Lloyd Powers, Charlie Powers, Inamae Earnest, Virginia Kesling and Barbara Showen.
He is survived by: his daughters, Belinda Powers of Gregory's Run and Debra Powers of Clarksburg; his grandchildren, J. C. Powers (Erica Scheuvront), Nicole Hatala (Steve Bailey), Natasha Hatala (Bell), Whitney Newlon (Jacob Hire) and Heather Powers; his great grandchildren, Bryce Bailey, Breck Bailey, Tristan Dean, Gwen Dean, Victoria Rose and Jacie Grace Powers; and his sisters, Geneva Davis, Sandra Jenkins (Bobby) and Kathy Miller (Buck).
