He was predeceased by: his parents, Audra Cochran and Norma Jean Shears; and his sister-in-law Jill Stalnaker. He is survived by: his wife Penny Cochran; his son Lee Cochran (Amanda) of Worthington; his siblings-in-law, Charlene Loudin of Shinnston, Judy Thomas (Bob) of Shinnston, Shirley Lilley (Bob), Debbie Ashcraft of Shinnston, Chuck Stalnaker of Lumberport and Mike Stalnaker (Tami); his cousins, Bobby Shears of Ohio, Mary Jo Shears of Fairmont and Jeanie Wilfong of Fairmont; and his pets, Rocky, Harley and Axel.
