She was predeceased by: her husband Fred Burnett, Jr.; her siblings, Lawrence Bice, Everet Bice, Raymond Bice, Lenora Pyles, Thelma Enoch, Mary Ellen Harris, Dorothy Hartley and Jo Ann Toothman; and her son-in-law Frank Haynes.
She is survived by: her parents, Clyde Bice and Daisy Griffin Bice; her husband Optometric; her children, Barbara Haynes of Wheeling, WV and Sidney Burnett (Sheri) of Shinnston, WV; her sister Jean Smith of Searcy, AK; her grandchildren, Jill Gump (Fred) of O'Fallon, MO, Heath Haynes (Eileen), Cristy Buffington (Rob) of Bridgeport, WV, Kelley Coulter (James) of Shinnston, WV and Andrea Powers (Johnathan) of Lumberport, WV; and her great grandchildren, Heather Gump, Ian Gump, Conner, Addyson, Sydnie Buffington and Scarlett Powers. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
