He is survived by: his parent Sylvia Hickman Locke; his brother Robin Locke; his wife Barbara Locke; his sisters, Linda Locke of Katy, Nancy Zicafoose of Katy and Karen Thorne (Travis) of Gladwin, MI; his stepchildren, Ronald Vincent (Rhonda) of Bridgeport and Michael Vincent (Cassia) of Akron Ohio; his grandchildren, Alec Vincent, Morgan Vincent, Emily Vincent, Ashton Urling and Madison Vincent; his great grandchild Bronson Vincent; and his wife Barb. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
