It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Livingston of Shinnston, West Virginia, born in Enterprise, West Virginia, who passed away on June 28, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Bice and Lesley Bice; her husband Ralph Edward Livingston; her son Ralph Edward Livingston, II; and her sisters, Jean Thompson (Dick) and Agnes McDougal (James).
She is survived by: her daughter Virginia L. Livingston of Shinnston; her sister Lou Bice of Clarksburg; her niece Dina Myers (Gary); her great-nephew Preston of Fairmont; and her nephew Tracey Thompson.
