He was predeceased by: his parents, Tyndall Hooper and Rosa McCullough Hooper. He is survived by: his wife Linda Taylor Hooper; his children, David M. Hooper, Jr. (April Borelli) and Christina K. Hooper-Reimers (Jon); his granddaughters, Chelsea Hooper and McKenna Hooper; his stepgranddaughters, Shannon McCausland, Jodi Reimers, Malaki Reimers, Jenessa Ellis, Marquise Reimers and Grace McCausland; his stepgreat-grandson Kaesan Reimers; and his brother Mike Hooper. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Ingram Funeral Home (512 2nd St, St Marys, WV 26170). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
