She was predeceased by: her parents, Gus Peters and Allie Hepler Peters; and her siblings, Mary Louise Peters Angel, Betty Lou Peters Baisden, Alwilda Ann Peters Martin, Robert A. "Bob" Peters, James H. "Jim" Peters, Gus Isaac "Ike" Peters and John H. Peters.
She is survived by: her husband Claudius Merle Skeen; and her nieces, Betty Peters Wartenburg and Teresa Baisden. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
