She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret D. Lindberg and Walter E. Lindberg; her husband William P. Palmer; her siblings, Walter E. Lindberg and Mildred L. Cope; her granddaughter Margaret Palmer Shaffer; and her daughter-in-law Ursula G. Palmer.
She is survived by: her brother Larry D. Lindberg of Vero Beach, FL; her children, William P. Palmer, Jr. of Charlottesville, VA, Margaret Palmer (Alan Johnston) of Charleston, WV and Sarah Shaffer (Harry) of Madison, WV.; her grandchildren, Noyes Palmer (Alexandra), Ann Palmer (Wayne Margolies), Gus Shaffer, Carl Shaffer (Lauren), Will Shaffer, Bobby Johnston, Taylor Johnston and Anna Johnston; and her great grandchildren, Kathryn Palmer and Monty Margolies.
