He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert W. Lee and Adele M. Buchanan Lee Sparre; his sister Lisa B. Lee; and his parents-in-law, John and Charlotte Willoughby.
He is survived by: his wife Mildred "Millie" Willoughby Lee; his siblings, Jenny (Steve Serack), Monica (Ricky Hamilton), Lauren Lee of Florida, Jennifer Lee (Greg Gray) and Albert R. Lee (Jodi); and his sisters-in-law, Alice McCune (John) of St. Albans and Kay Hudnall of Milton, WV.. He is also survived by great nephew.
