She was predeceased by: her father Paul E. Koontz. She is survived by: her mother Shonnette Koontz of Charleston; her children, Amber Blackburn and Steven Blackburn; and her brothers, Mike Koontz of Cincinnati, OH, Tim and Tom Koontz of Charleston. She is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
