He is survived by: his wife Susie Kidner (Saville); his children, Steve Kidner (Leah) of Augusta, WV and Jennifer Shaffer of Romney, WV; his siblings, David Smoot (Becky Marsh) of Romney, WV, John Smoot (Barbara) of Stephens City, VA and Becky Baker (Ronnie) of Romney, WV; his grandchildren, Sarah, Makayla and Mackenzie; and his great grandchildren, Reagan and Gracelynn.
