We are sad to announce that on March 13, 2023, at the age of 89, Albert S. Boyce of Romney, West Virginia, born in Grafton, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvester Boyce and Wilma M. Jennings Boyce; his wife Lucille Moran; and his brother Charles Carlyle. He is survived by: his daughters, Sheila J. Mowery (Kerry) of Capon Bridge, WV and Belinda L. Workman (David) of Martinsburg, WV; and his half-sister Lucille Shahan of Grafton, WV. He is also survived by four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
