She is survived by: her parent Garnet Moore West; her children, Diane Watkins of Parkersburg, Sherry Pratt (Randy Ballengee) of Parkersburg and Robert Dowler (Kathy) of Rockport; her siblings, Jack West (Della) of Rockport, Kathy Lambert (Larry) of Rockport, Sharon Somerville (Gary) of Elizabeth and Norma Deem (Roger) of Grace; her grandchildren, Tim Shears, Michael Dowler, Randy Shears and Jessie Pratt; her great grandchildren, Kaelin Shears, Emma Jean Shears, Olivia Dowler, Owen Dowler and Saylor Shears; and her significant other Lilly Mae. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
