She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard S. Gabbart and Laura Springett Gabbart; her husband Allen "Clair" Burkhart, Sr.; and her siblings, Leonard "Sonny" Gabbart, Robert Gabbart, Arwin "Bud" Gabbart, Velma Werkmeister and Lynette.
She is survived by: her children, Allen Burkhart, Jr. (Amy) of Rockport, Elaine Richardson (Jeff Wilson) of Belpre, Chris Wigal (Gary) of Elizabeth, Mary Clark (Ron) of Rockport and Marie Huffman (Derek) of Belleville; and her siblings, Kelsie Gabbart (Becky), Cyndi McElfresh, Alice Holbert and Jane Ball. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren.
