We are sad to announce that on July 4, 2021, at the age of 77, Sammy W. Snyder of Rockport, West Virginia, born in Damascus, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Ray and Jewell Snyder; and his brother Steve Snyder. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Carole Snyder; his sons, Pete Snyder, Billy Snyder and Marc Snyder; his stepsons, Calvin Roman Jr. and Robert Roman; and his daughters, Diana Dunn, Crishion Bunner, Marlea White and Shasta Snyder. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Parkersburg Humane Society would be appreciated.
