She was predeceased by: her parents, James Victor Wray and Helen Lucille Wink; her son Daniel Forrest; and her siblings, Steven, Michael Wray and Cinda Lou Burling.
She is survived by: her husband Forrest Boone; her children, Rodney Boone (Janette) of Williamstown, WV and Kelly Wells (Keith) of Senecaville, Ohio; her siblings, Danny Wray (Shirley) of Shelby Ohio and Sandra Steffner (Jim) of Ohio; and her grandchildren, Nathan Wells, Zachary Wells and Heather Wells. She is also survived by three great grandchildren.
