She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Kerr and Thirza Bowersock Kerr; her husband Johnny W. Stewart; her former husband Charles E. Allman; and her children, Carla Mae Hudas (Robert) and Daniel Ray Allman.
She is survived by: her children, Amber Kerr of Rockport, Margaret Allman of Canton, OH, Harold Allman of Malvern, OH, Gary Allman of Canton, OH and Karen Wilhelm (Wayne) of Waynesburg, OH. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
Donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or to the Humane Society of Parkersburg in memory of Betty.
