She was predeceased by: her husband Sherlock Dean; her daughter Ressa Wendy Carter; and her siblings, Dorsel Steel, Elmer Steel, Pauline Steele Parks, Shayde and June Bug.
She is survived by: her children, Dennis Paul Dean (Delia) of Kimper, KY and Ronald Jim; her sibling Marie Steele Daugherty of Front Royal, VA; her sister-in-law Daisy Steele of Red Jacket, WV; her great grandchildren, Autumn and Makaylee; her nephew Jack Steel (Geneva); and also Granny.
