He was predeceased by: his father Roy L Tolley Sr.; his siblings, Don, Fredrick, Kevin Tolley, Barbara Bennett and Diane Tolley; his niece Nicole King Smith; and his great-niece Adeline Joy Butler.
He is survived by: his siblings, Leonard King (Diane) of Florence, SC, John Tolley (Tammy) of Rupert, WV, Margaret Bunch (Dennis) of Danese, WV, Betty, Helen Dillon (Roger) of Frankford, WV, Mary Tolley of Landisburg and Paula Fox of Layland, WV; and his siblings-in-law, Danny Hanshew and Brenda Tolley. He is also survived by his brothers, and nephews.
