He is survived by: his wife Maxine Lafferty; his children, Curtis Blankenship (Latasha) of Ravencliff, Debbie Forrest (Michael) of Ravencliff and Cathy Rollins (Randall) of Glen Rogers; his grandchildren, Brittany and Dakota; his great grandchildren, Dusty and Jordan; and his siblings, Willis Lafferty and Pansy Blankenship.
