He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Pegram and Willa Pegram; his daughter Serina Pegram; and his sisters, Joann Pegram and Janice Swisher.

He is survived by: his siblings, Randy Pegram (Marilyn), Donnie Mann (Rebecca) and Karen Rubin (Tom); and his close friend R. P. Mitchem. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
