She is survived by: her husband James E. Blenden of Rainelle; her children, Joseph, Jimmy and Lucetta Blenden; her grandchildren, Stephanie, Brandon and Adam; and her siblings, Patricia Pack, Inez Neff and Jerald Neff.
Graveside services due to Covid 19 will be 2:00 p. m., Friday, November 6, 2020 at Wallace Memorial Cemetery, Clintonville with Pastor Bennie Kenney officiating.
