He is survived by: his parents, Charles Osborne (Lola Drennen) of Rainelle and Deborah Neal Osborne of Rainelle; his sister Stephanie Osborne; his grandfather Robert Neal, Sr.; and his aunts and uncles, Nila Wolford, Karen Hess (Ray), Gail Martin, Charlie Martin, Sandra Zickafoose, Don Osborne (Karen), Sharon Taylor, Kimberly George (Richard), Marchelle Williams and Robert Neal, Jr. (Katrina). He is also survived by nieces; and a host of cousins and extended family and friends.
