It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lucy Hickman Persinger of Rainelle, West Virginia, born in Hillsboro, West Virginia, who passed away on June 4, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Albert Sidney Hickman and Mary Oscar Evans Hickman; her son Leonard Lee Persinger; and her son-in-law Gary Wayne Fleshman. She is survived by: her husband Lee Persinger; her daughters, Mary Fleshman and Leann Persinger Baker (Chad); and her grandchildren, Amanda Fuller (TR), Brandy Fleshman (Jeremy), Brandon Persinger (Chelsea), Brittany Persinger, Halee Baker, Austin Baker and Wyatt Baker. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren; 12 sisters, 8 brothers; nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
