She is survived by: her children, Karen Hart (Tim) of Rupert, LuAnn Hellems of Quinwood, Charlene Hopkins (Dustin) of Lexington, KY, Ronnie Myers of Hines and Larry Prather of Lexington, KY; her grandchildren, Ashley Arnold, April Harold, Cory Myers, Mike Hellems, Shayla Tincher, Jimmy Rush, Dylan Rush and Stacey Flack; her siblings, Virginia Gibson, Thelma Thompson, Pansy Devore, Bonnie Hunt, Shirley Barnett, Joe Lilly and James Lilly; and her friend Jerry Reed. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
