We are sad to announce that on December 24, 2020, at the age of 86, Joyce Harrah Partain of Rainelle, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Gilmer Harrah and Orpha Alice Carr Harrah; her husband Derse Lee Partain; and her siblings, Dale Harrah, Jack Harrah, Eloise Burgess and Sandy Harrah Vaughan.
She is survived by: her children, Lee Partain and Robin Boothe (Kevin); her grandchildren, Kara Hersman and Justin Boothe; and her great grandchildren, Ethan and Levi Hersman.
Due to Covid-19, a celebration of life graveside service for family and friends will be 1:00 p. m., Saturday, January 2, 2021 at Wallace Memorial Cemetery, Clintonville with Pastor Mike Whisman officiating.
