Joyce D. Duggan Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joyce D. Duggan (Rainelle, West Virginia), who passed away on January 28, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Wesley Duggan; her son David Wesley; and her siblings, Mary, June and Staley.
She is survived by: her brother Jack Cale; and her children, Robert (Marri Duggan), Virginia (Terry Fischer), James Crist, Sandra (Larry McClung), Diana (Keith Hollinghead), Carol McClung of Quinwood, Charles Duggan, June (Jeannie Duggan) and Christina Duggan of Elgin. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
