She was predeceased by: her parents, William Fleshman and Kathleen Fleshman (Wheeling); her daughter Coronda Tignor; and her siblings, Jimmy, Billy Fleshman, Janet Sharp and Linda Huffman.
She is survived by: her husband Eugene "Bug" Tignor; her children, Rocky Tignor of Rainelle and Tebbi Kirby (Emmett) of Rupert; her grandchildren, Brandon Kirby (Autumn) and Tanna Kirby (Charles) of Woodbridge, Virginia; her stepgrandchildren, Daniel Kirby (Pam) of Lugoff and Robin Sheets (Thomas) of Danese; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Ian, Gavin Kirby, Sydney and Luke Sheets. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
