He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Osborne and Charlotte Osborne of Rainelle, WV; his stepson Richard Tincher; and his significant other Helen Louise Osborne. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Braeden, Taylor Thomas, Hayden Osborne-Maurer, Isabella Poskas and Isaac Poskas; his great grandchildren, London, Roman Bachelder and Kendall Thomas; his stepchildren, Keith Tincher and Cyrena Bennett; his stepgrandchildren, Autumn Snyder, Meghan, Zachary Tincher, Rebekah and Jenna Poskas; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Timothy Snyder, Patrick Thomas, Casey Maurer and BJ Poskas; and his brothers, Jerry, Ronnie, Frankie and Jeff Osborne. He is also survived by children and grandchildren.
