He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Okulovich Puffenbarger; his children, Jack Zickafoose (Yvonne Bennett) and Judy Morgan (Mason); and his grandchildren, Jackie Dilley (Allen Collins), Julie Zickafoose, Jenna Long (Ryan), Alicia Wilkinson, Canyon Haynes, Shae Amick, Cody Zickafoose (Macie Goodson), Brooke Zickafoose, Anthony Richmond (Samantha) and Amie Richmond (Austin Fultz).
