He is survived by: his wife Betty Sisler Meadows; his children, James Neil Meadows (Helen) of Elkview, Larry Dean Meadows (Hope) of Pinch and Lori Ann Meadows-Brubaker (Randall) of Charleston; his stepchildren, Tammy Ledford (Jim) of Wallbridge, Ohio, Ross Bennett (Ruth) of Wallbridge, Ohio, Cindy Bennett of Wallbridge, Ohio, Jimmy Bennett of Wallbridge, Ohio and Tish of Wallbridge, Ohio; and his brothers, Garland Meadows (Jeanette) of Rupert and Monroe Meadows (Diane). He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
