He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey E. Duncan and Maggie R. Duncan (Bateman); his wife Norma L. Duncan; and his siblings, Randall, Kenneth Duncan, Mildred Bragg and Alta Duncan.
He is survived by: his stepson Joseph Dressler Jr. of Point Pleasant; his brother Mike (Holley Duncan); and his sister-in-law Lois Duncan of Apple Grove. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
