We are sad to announce that on September 1, 2023, at the age of 83, Rush D. Finley of Point Pleasant, West Virginia, born in Wayne, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Seiburn Finley and Emily Mae Gravely (Albright); his son Aaron Jason Finley; and his sisters, Kay and Earlene Gravely.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ruth Finley (Stacy); his children, Marcia Finley of Point Pleasant, Craig Finley of Point Pleasant and Brett Finley (Jill) of Chicago, IL; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Finley, Aaron Finley, Lillian Finley and Peyton Finley; and his siblings, Jim Roger Gravely (Marie) of Point Pleasant, Daisy Donahue of Branchland, WV and Tommy Gravely (Brenda) of Pensacola, FL. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
