She was predeceased by: her parents, Oder Hobbs (Hettie Hobbs) and Hettie Hobbs (Griffith); her daughter Sandi Richmond Stephens; her grandson Matthew Richmond; and her siblings, C. Joan Hobbs Fowler, Ila Jean Livesay, Freda Livesay, Dreama Hobbs, Harold Hobbs, Russell Hobbs, Billy Hobbs and Shirley Lilly.
She is survived by: her sons, R. Steve Richmond (Beverly) and Kenneth Richmond (Kim); her grandchildren, Steve Richmond (Tori), Michael Richmond (Rebecca), Bethany Rupe (Matt), Jason Kinniard, Jennifer Ribakovs (Teo), Amanda Richmond, Kenna DeCicco (Brad) and Korie Brown (Jonah); her great grandchildren, Tristen, Owen, Kaycee, Ava, Isaiah, Trenton, Morgan, Nimue, Sophia, Alec, Myles, Zakkary, Macie, Maddie and Maddux; her sister Judy Hobbs Fizer (George); and her close friends, Leland, Nellie Vanmeter and Carla Wooten Jefferson. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
