It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Harold Willoughby (Pine Grove, West Virginia), born in Proctor, West Virginia, who passed away on March 1, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Holly Willoughby and Louisa Willoughby (Workman); his significant other Wilma L. Willoughby; and his sister Xie Goddard. He is survived by: his children, Robert "Bob" Willoughby of Reader, WV, Vera Lynn Willoughby of Pine Grove, WV and Cindy Sabo of Adena, OH; his sisters, Verna Yoho of Paden City, WV, Lennice Goddard of California, Elnore Tuttle of Proctor, WV and Sharon Lawrence; his grandchildren, Robbie, Steve, Jamie, Zachary, Sarah and Robert; and his great grandchildren, Morgan and Madilyn. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
