It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank D. Starkey of Pine Grove, West Virginia, who passed away on February 8, 2022, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin D. Sr. Starkey and Edna L. Starkey (Sutton); and his brothers, Brad and Jeff Starkey. He is survived by: his wife Judy Starkey; his daughters, Heather Boston (Jeff) and Tiffany Starkey (Dustin Dulaney); his grandchildren, Laiden Stevens, Xander and Rowan Boston; and his siblings, Rex, Eddie Starkey, Barbara America, Susan Counts and BJ Richards.
