He was predeceased by: his parents, Ezra Straight and Goldie Straight (Haught); his wife Delores Eileen Brown Straight; his daughter Marcia Goddard; and his siblings, Eugene Straight, Howard Straight, Thomas Lee Straight, Darrell Straight and Ruby Hirt.
He is survived by: his children, Vicki Glasscock and Dana Straight; his grandchildren, Amy Hopper (Josh Highley), Julie Hindman (Aaron), Jim Straight (Kayla) and Andy Straight (Kyrie); his great grandchildren, Kara Ueltschy (Coleman), Wyatt Hopper, Grace Hopper, Mallory Hindman, Jackson Hopper, Baylee, Kami, Rowan and Klara Straight; his great great grandchild Guinevere Ueltschy; and his siblings, Jack Straight (Peggy), Mabel Higginbotham and JoAnne Parsons.
Due to Covid, the visitation will be held for family only at Palmer Funeral Home, Pine Grove, WV, on Thursday, January 13, 2022 from 11:00 AM until the time of the funeral at 1:00 PM.
