He is survived by: his wife Linda Davis Meadows; his daughter Tina Belcher (Scott); his grandchildren, Jacob Belcher (Kasey), Steven Belcher (Katelyn Martin) and Kellie Belcher; his great grandchildren, Troy and Kinsley; his brother Donnie Meadows (Margaret); his nephew Robbie Atwell; and also Vanessa.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Broyles-Shrewsbury Funeral Home (111 Market St, Peterstown, WV 24963). A graveside service will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Peterstown Cemetery (108-194 Peterstown Cemetery Rd, Narrows, VA 24124).
