It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Wanda Lee of Petersburg, West Virginia, born in Dorcas, West Virginia, who passed away at the age of 81, on January 7, 2021. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Vance and Viola Vance (Crites); her son Donald VanMeter; her brothers, Junior Vance and Woodrow Vance; and her grandson Edwin Hall.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia Burns of Seneca Rocks, WV, Lee Allen VanMeter of Romney, WV and Edward VanMeter (Loretha) of Fisher, WV; her sisters, Lucy Rotruck (Richard) of Keyser, WV and Martha Hinkle of Scherr, WV; her sister-in-law Lulubelle Vance of Berryville, VA; and her brother Dorse Vance (Linda) of Fredricksburg, VA. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
Due to the current COVID-19 restrictions, wearing of masks and social distancing will be required at the graveside service at all times.
