He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Lee Judy and Amanda Florence Judy (Conrad); his stepmother Dorothy Alt Judy; and his siblings, Delmer Lee Judy, Freda Viola Judy Alt and Elaine Frances Judy Shreve.
He is survived by: his brother Harlan Judy (Patricia Ann) of Lahmansville, WV; his brothers-in-law, Charles Alt of Baltimore, MD and Cletus Shreve of Smoke Hole, WV; his half-siblings, Berlin Judy (Beverly) of Moorefield, WV, Eldon Judy (Mary) of Petersburg, WV, Paul Judy (Hilda) of Upper Tract, WV, Norma Brown (William) of Sandston, VA and Brenda Cook (Charles "Sonny") of Upper Tract, WV; and his stepsister Neva Lee Myers of Elkwood, VA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to the current COVID-19 restrictions, all individuals entering the funeral home will be required to maintain social distancing and wear a face covering at all times.
