He was predeceased by: his parents, Norwood Spencer Baker and Evelyn Baker (Burdette); his wife Bonnie Estell Baker (Richman); and his brother Earl Baker. He is survived by: his children, Scott S. Baker (Donna Simmons) of Petersburg, WV and Lyndie Scott of Gerrardstown, WV; and his grandchildren, Scott Baker II, Christopher Baker (Andria), Kimberly Halterman (Anthony), Tiffany L. Connell (David Brown), Robert M. Connell (Carle) and Tristan Simmons. He is also survived by thirteen great -grandchildren.
