He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Rao and Helena Rao (Deluca); and his siblings, Louie Rao and Carmela Dalton. He is survived by: his daughters, Annette Landis (Charles) of Kenna, WV and Cindy Gongloff (Phillip); his grandchildren, Michael Fortino, Steven Fortino, Dena Gill, Alexandria Fortino, Kara Fortino-DeRito, Veronica Fortino and Nicole Shawley; and his brother Lawrence Rao of Maryland. He is also survived by fifteen great grandchildren.
