Smith of Petersburg, WV; her grandchildren, Heather Jo Jarvis (Trever), John "Jay" Alleshouse, Jr., Shawn Alleshouse (Amber) and Tye Alleshouse; and her great grandchildren, Ian of Tatum, EJ, Micah, Addisyn, Abree, Lyla and Madelyne.
