He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer William Wratchford and Nellie Helen Wratchford (Reel); and his siblings, Rebecca Wratchford, Wanda Kay Reed, Ema Jean Rohrbaugh, Orville "Chiz" Wratchford, Curtis "Buddy" Wratchford, Virgil "Gib" and Arthur David "Honey" Wratchford.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Dove (Michael) of Mathias, WV and Kitty Rowe of Waynesboro, PA; his grandchildren, Ashley Taylor (Andrew) of Mathias, WV and Dylan Rowe (Katy) of Waynesboro, PA; his great grandchild Michael David Taylor; and his siblings, Nellie Allanson of Petersburg, WV, Homer Junior Wratchford (Rosalee) of Petersburg, WV and Jack Lee Wratchford (Jean) of Cumberland, MD. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
