We are sad to announce that on June 16, 2023, at the age of 77, JoAnn Mowery Harper of Petersburg, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Leon L. Harper and Mary Ann Harper (Mowery); her sisters, Carole Faye Judy (Gary) and Virginia Mae (Ginny); her nieces, Janice Judy Buckner (Greg), Marcia Propst Brackbill (Randy) and Mary Propst Blowe (Dennis); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Kathryn B. Gray (Carson), Lauren A. Buckner, Meghan Blowe, Rachel Blowe, Austin G. Buckner (Leanna) and Benjamin T. Brackbill.
