She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis Seymour Weatherholt and Pauline Weatherholt (Sirbaugh); and her siblings, Treva Helmick, Otis "Buzz" Weatherholt and Lester Weatherholt.
She is survived by: her sons, Anthony J. Weatherholt (Lisa) of Petersburg, WV and Andrew J. Weatherholt (Carolyn) of Rio, WV; her grandsons, Jeremiah Weatherholt and Eric Weatherholt; and her great grandchildren, Jacy, Layla and Deagan. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
